EUDS defines a complete token architecture for governance-first AI interfaces. Color primitives (void #06080f, card #0d1520, cyan #00d4ff, gold #d4a574), typography (DM Serif Display for headings, DM Sans for body), spacing based on phi ratio (1.618), and elevation through border-accent opacity layers. All tokens registered in EUDS_MASTER_REGISTRY.v4_1.json.
Parallax scrolling, reduced-motion handlers, and state transitions governed by constitutional constraints. 33% of surfaces carry reduced-motion handlers. WCAG AA accessibility is a systematic pass target. Motion primitives include pulse animations for live status, opacity transitions for card hover states, and backdrop-filter blur for glass morphism effects.
